Windermere Ward is bounded by Princes Highway at its intersection with Hovells Creek, the Geelong/Melbourne Railway, Plantation Road, Matthews Road, Anakie Road, Geelong/Ballarat Railway, Rollins Road, Midland Highway, SEC Transmission Easement, Moorabool River to the western boundary of the City, the western and northern boundaries of the City and Corio Bay to Hovells Creek.
