For pedestrians, the Centre is situated in Little Malop Street between Gheringhap and Fenwick Streets, about half way along the block.
 
By train, the Centre is 300 metres from the Geelong Railway Station, on the east side of Johnstone Park (the park opposite the station). Trains run at frequent intervals between Melbourne and Geelong.
 
By car, the Centre is in the city within a metered parking zone of two hours limit.

Off street parking is available at the Civic Centre Car Park, situated in Gheringhap Street, opposite City Hall, and 200 metres east of the Centre's front door.
