Direct debit
Payment by direct debit requires completion of the application/authority form included with your notice.
PLEASE NOTE: Ratepayers who pay by direct debit in one year are automatically continued as a direct debit payer in the next year unless a cancellation of authority form is received.

Payments in person may be made at any City of Greater Geelong Customer Service Centre listed below.

Payment by mail
Payments can be made by mail of any account or notice addressed to;
City of Greater Geelong - PO Box 104, GEELONG 3220.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment by Credit Card is not available by mail.

Post - POSTbillpay
In Person at any Post Office Australia wide. Payment of any amount at any time of the year at any Australia Post outlet (Australia wide). Notices must be produced intact as payments cannot be processed if the section of the notice with the Bar coding has been removed/torn off. Payment can be in cash, by cheque, by EFTPOS, or by credit card- Bankcard, Master card or Visa.
Credit card by phone
Payment by credit card by telephoning POSTbillpay on 131 816 and quoting the POSTbillpay code and reference number, and credit card details as requested.
B-Pay
Payment through B-Pay via your personal banking Internet site or by contacting your participating financial institution and quoting B-Pay Biller Code 17475 and the reference number shown in the B-pay box on the front of the notice.
Interest penalty
Payments not paid by the due date may attract interest in accordance with existing Legislation.
