The Road Management Plan has been developed to establish a management
system for the public road functions that are the responsibility of the Council to meet the needs of the community. The management system is based on policy and operational objectives and at the same time recognises resource limitations in undertaking the necessary levels of service and performance standards outlined in the plan.
