    To allow for the installation of the fantastic new Memory Bank exhibition, the National Wool Museum will be closed from Monday 21 July to Thursday 24 July (inclusive).

Staying in business isn't easy! This exhibition looks at the fascinating stories of twelve small, independent traders from throughout Geelong, who despite all the odds, have continued trading in the same business for thirty, forty, even fifty or more years.

Baitlayers Babbling Brooks An Exhibition on Australias Shearers Cooks
Developed by Shear Outback; The Australian Shearers' Hall of Fame in Hay, NSW, this exhibition explores the history, folklore, stories, characters and recipes of Australia's shearers' cooks, past and present. On show now until 13 July.

Upcoming Exhibitions
Expressions 2008  - Entries are now open for Expressions 2008: The Wool Quilt Prize, and quilt makers have until 4 July 2008 to submit their work.
Memory Bank  - Part of the Connecting Identities project, Memory Bank will be launched at an exciting opening event on 24 July at 6.00pm, and the exhibition will run until 7 September.
