Structure Plans provide directions on the future growth and development of a township over a 10-15 year period.

  • Provide certainty for residents and landowners regarding the future planning direction for a township for the next 10-15 years.

Structure Plans – what Structure Plans are currently under review?
The Drysdale Clifton Springs (2009) and Lara (2009) Structure Plans have been adopted by Council and will commence the formal amendment process shortly with public exhibition expected in mid-late 2009.

Town Structure Plans – when are they reviewed?
Structure Plans are typically reviewed every 10 to 15 years. Lot supply is monitored every 5 years and Structure Plan reviews may be bought forward if lot supply falls below 10 years.
