Common questions
Your permit will have conditions about the expiry time.
Most permits expire two years from the date of issue, unless specified times are included as a condition of the permit.
We do not keep copies of titles for properties within our municipality, nor are we the contact to obtain a copy.

Planning permits may be required due to a number of situations including things such as the proposed:
