4:30pm – 6:30pm	Speed limit reduced to 40km/h	Speed limit reduced to 40km/h	Local access via Yarra Street, expect delays
6:30pm -7:45pm	Full road closure
7:45pm- 9:45pm*	Speed limit reduced to 40km/h
9:45pm – 10:30pm*	Full road closure	Speed limit reduced to 40km/h and one southbound lane closed
