Drop in to Corio Library on Tuesday 1 July to have a chat to the Housing for the Aged Action Group and find out about their Care Finder Service.

Care Finder is a free service that can assist older people who don't have anyone to help:

• Discuss aged care support needs
• Connect with My Aged Care to register for an assessment
• Assist with the assessment process and connect with providers for services such as shopping, transport, gardening and person care.

Whether you’re just starting to explore aged care options or feeling unsure about where to begin, the HAAG Care Finder team can provide friendly guidance to help you navigate the aged care system.
