Bringing together three esteemed producers—Steven from Oakdene, Tom from Provenance and Paul from Mazzini—guests will be guided through a curated selection of exceptional wines, each paired with a thoughtfully crafted menu heroing local produce.

Set within the elegant Sawyers Arms Courtyard Room, the experience begins with house-made focaccia and premium olive oil, followed by chargrilled king prawns and Portarlington mussels with Oakdene Chardonnay reduction. A standout main of Birregurra lamb backstrap leads into a selection of Meredith and Victorian cheeses.
