Taste of Country: Bush Foods Discovery Workshop

Join us for an immersive workshop where you’ll tour our farm, learn about native bush foods and their cultural significance, and sample a range of tasty creations featuring unique Australian flavours.

Enjoy a bush tucker grazing board — grounded in Country - choose your base — freshly baked damper or wattleseed crackers — and explore a spread of flavours drawn from the land: including rich bunya nut pesto, bright native rosella jam, briny pickled pigface, and the crisp, apple-like pop of muntries.

A celebration of Australia’s native food landscape, on a plate.
