Your building permit will list the mandatory inspection stages for your project.

You need to arrange an inspection of the safety barrier for your pool and/or spa by a private registered pool safety inspector every four years. 

Fill in and submit a Prescribed Temporary Structures Siting Approval application form.

This information is only relevant if you have chosen the City to act as your building surveyor. If you have chosen a Private Building Surveyor you must speak with them. 
 

Prior to lodging an application, please contact our Events department to make all suitable arrangements for your event.
 

Apply for planning information about your property.

If a Section 173 is no longer required or has been finalised you can apply for a permit to have it removed from the title.
 

If you need to change any planning permit conditions or the approved plans after a permit has been issued, you can apply to us for an amendment to your permit.
 

How to apply for a secondary consent.

The report and consent of the City must be obtained to demolish a building.
