To change your permit conditions, preamble (what the permit allows), or make significant changes to your endorsed plans after a permit has been issued — including significant changes that may impact other properties, you can apply to amend your permit under Section 72 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
Although you don't need to apply for a new permit, you will need to discuss your amendment with a planner prior to taking any of the following steps:
