VicSmart Permit Applications are for eligible low-impact proposals assessed through a faster, streamlined process.
Update an Application in Progress
Request changes, pay outstanding fees, or withdraw an application while it is being assessed.
Request Changes (S50/S57A)
Formal request to Council to amend a current planning permit application.
Pay Application Fees
Pay online for planning fees against an existing application only.
Withdraw an Application
You may wish to withdraw your planning permit application prior to Council deciding on the application.
Changes to an Approved Permit
Request amendments, minor changes, or an extension of time for an existing permit.
Minor Changes (Secondary Consent)
Once you have a planning permit you may be able to make minor changes to your plans, but you will first need to apply for a secondary consent.
Amend an Approved Permit (S72)
If you need to change any planning permit conditions or the approved plans after a permit has been issued, you can apply to us for an amendment to your permit.
