Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey

Each year the Victorian Government undertakes a survey on behalf of local councils to measure the community’s perception of our performance over 12 months.

Our Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey occurs quarterly and involves a total of 600 telephone interviews, conducted by an independent research agency.

If you receive a phone call, we encourage you to take this opportunity to provide your feedback on how we’re performing.

All responses and details remain confidential and are not shared with the City – we only see the overall results.

For more information on this survey, please go to Community and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

If you have any questions, please contact us or go to statewide survey.
