We have many different services that require payments to be made.

We will receipt your payment and provide a receipt when you pay in person at number of locations. Our customers may choose any of the following methods to have payments processed including:

• in person at our any of our Customer Service Centres Leisure Centres Childcare Centres and other locations
• by mail using cheques or money orders
• by phone using credit or debit card (Mastercard or Visa only).
• Bpay using credit or debit card (MasterCard or Visa only).
• online using credit (Mastercard or Visa only) or debit card.

Receipts will not be posted for payments made online over the phone or by mail.

Our computer systems record all receipts for reconciliation each day allowing us to search for payments quickly and easily as required.
