If you want to request an extension of time for your planning permit, you can use this form.

If a planning permit has been issued and is either:

• due to expire in the next 3 months, or
• has expired less than 6 months from the expiration date (for commencement) or 12 months (for completion),

you can make application to extend your permit.

You need to meet the current planning scheme requirements if they have changed since your permit was approved - for example: garden area. 

To submit an Extension of Time request, the owner's consent is required. If you are not the owner, you must obtain their consent either by having them sign the declaration or by providing written confirmation via email.
