Book a meeting with a building officer

The Building Services Booking Counter (Pilot) allows customers to book appointments directly with the Building Services team.

Using the online booking system, customers can choose to meet in person, online via Microsoft Teams video call, or by phone.

BOOK A MEETING

The three ways you can meet with the building services team are:

  • In person: All in-person bookings are held at Wurriki Nyal Civic Precinct, 137–149 Mercer St, Geelong.
  • Over the phone: The allocated technical officer will call you directly at the time you nominate in the booking form.
  • In an online meeting: A Microsoft Teams link is automatically generated and included in the meeitng invite sent directly to your email. You do not need to have Microsoft teams installed on your computer or phone. The meeting link will open in your web browser.
