Demolition report and consent form 29A

If you want to apply for permission to demolish a building you will need use this form.

This consent is required if the proposed demolition of a building is more than 50 percent volume of a building and/or the proposed demolition forms any part of the façade of a building.

A demolition permit must be obtained prior to commencing work. This is a requirement under Section 16 of the Building Act 1993.

When lodging your demolition request we will require the form to be filled out along with a site plan showing the area to be demolished and the distances to boundaries and a credit card authority form if lodging by email.

If the property is covered by a Heritage Overlay you will also require a Planning Permit with Endorsed Demolition Plans to submit with your request.
