You will need to provide us with the relevant property details and which properties you require this information on.
Under section 14 of the Fences Act we are unable to release information other than name and mailing address of the owner.
If you are not the adjoining property owner, as part of the application you must provide proof that you are authorised to make this enquiry on the property owner's behalf.
Payment: All payments made by credit and debit cards will incur a 0.25 percent charge to enable Council to recover the cost of merchant fees charged by financial institutions.
