Plans for permits issued prior to 1992 may not be available or may be incomplete.

We will ask you to provide details of the property and any information on the title for example: lot number any previous owners alternatively known address year of installation or building permit issued.

This information assists us in locating the documents in our archives.

We can only provide this information to the registered owner of the property.

A fee will be charged if plans are located. 

If a permit has not to be issued or if the plans can not be found there will be no cost to you for the search.
