Infrastructure Development Guidelines - Helpful links and references
These guidelines will assist with the upgrade and redevelopment of existing infrastructure, as well as the establishment of new communities throughout the municipality. A copy of the guidelines can be obtained by submitting a request using the box below.
Community infrastructure is the collection of physical and publicly accessible assets used by the community, that support its health, well being, sense of place and community. We expect that infrastructure will be of high quality, responsive to changing community needs and aspirations. Creative and innovative design solutions and construction techniques that maximises sites’ natural settings and features will be encouraged.
