Planning permit registration process

We have a process to follow when you submit a planning permit for assessment and approval.

When we receive a planning permit application we:

  1. register the application and allocate a unique permit number
  2. allocate the application to a planner
  3. send the applicant a letter advising the application number and the name of the planner dealing with the application
  4. payment is required before a decision can be made and is preferred at the time of lodgement. An invoice will be issued once your application has been lodged.

Note: We are bound to accept all applications lodged.

Accepting an application does not necessarily mean we are in support of the proposal.
