We offer two meeting options to support your planning enquiries.

For quick questions, in-person (over the counter) appointments are available at:

and are ideal for brief, general planning advice.

For more detailed proposals, pre-application meetings provide an opportunity to speak with a planning officer before lodging your application, where we can help identify key planning or design considerations and outline the information required to support a complete submission.

Counter enquiry (in-person)

  • Held at Wurriki Nyal Civic Precinct (137–149 Mercer Street, Geelong)
  • Best for quick, general planning questions
  • Typically short, informal discussions with a planner
