You may be asked to submit a statutory declaration confirming that you have displayed the required signs on the site to advertise your planning permit application.
This statutory declaration is a legal document in which you affirm that you have complied with the requirements by having the public notice sign on site for the mandatory 14-day period (or 21 days during Christmas time).
You should submit the signed form after the public notice period has ended, not before. Once the statutory declaration is returned, the administration team will provide any copies of objections or support received at that time.
