Who can book a sign?

  • Not-for-profit organisations or community groups advertising events of significant cultural interest to the local community.
  • The event must be held within the City of Greater Geelong boundaries.

How much does it cost?

  • The cost of a sign booking is $156 and includes installation and removal.
  • You can pay securely using a credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

A payment processing fee of 0.25 percent applies to credit and debit card payments.

How many signs can I book?

  • You can book up to 4 signs at up to 4 locations.
  • Only 1 booking per event.

Sign requirements

Minimal information is recommended for visibility.

  • Include event name, date, location, contact.
  • No reflective or moving elements.
  • Size: 1200 x 1200mm, 5mm corflute.

Sign locations

  • 21 locations across the region.

Key details before you book

  • Bookings within 6 months only.
  • Max 4 signs at a time.
  • Install/removal Mondays.
  • Signs must be 5mm corflute.
  • Delivery/pickup required.
