Our inclusive education training modules provide everyone with the opportunity to experience disability sports firsthand and apply their learnings through engaging activities. But first, let's do the inclusive training.

Inclusive education training modules

Our inclusive education training modules are available online, self-paced, or as an in-person workshop, and is designed to help your sports clubs and schools understand the foundations of inclusion. These modules guide clubs through practical actions to create and develop an inclusive culture and share their experiences with the wider community.

We enhance understanding of inclusive language and communication to engage with people with disabilities. This module focuses on creating a welcoming environment from the first interaction and includes practical tools such as posters and social media checklists to ensure consistent messaging. 

This module helps to shift the mindset from a medical model of disability to a social model by focusing on removing barriers instead of trying to “fix” individuals. It introduces universal design principles and provides tools, such as checklists and posters, to help clubs improve access, ensuring everyone can participate equally and safely.

This module tackles misconceptions and unconscious biases that can exclude people with disabilities. It equips sports administrators with the TREE method to make activities more inclusive and provides practical strategies for creating welcoming, flexible sporting environments.

This module highlights the importance of first impressions and ongoing support. It provides 10 practical tips to help people with disabilities feel welcome at your club and stresses the need to give them a voice in shaping their sports experiences.

This module explains that genuine inclusion begins with our mindset, extending beyond policies and programs. It encourages sports administrators and volunteers to reflect on their beliefs and provides practical strategies to promote openness, respect, and genuine inclusion.
