Arthur Powell Reserve is a recreation reserve with tennis courts and a playground. (Ocean Grove Tennis Reserve) it is a well-developed tennis facility for the local community, boasting seven hard courts with lights, a pavilion and a playground.

The playground equipment includes a swing set, small slide, bouncer and monkey bars.

There is no designated carpark for the reserve, however free street parking is available in the surrounding streets.
The club welcomes new members of all ages and abilities and runs regular competitions and social games during the weekdays, nights and weekends.
