Beacon Point Reserve, including the Scarborough Creek open space corridor and the foreshore is a 12-hectare local open space reserve located on the north-east fringe of the Drysdale township.
The reserve currently plays a dual role as a passive open space and drainage reserve.
Beacon Point Reserve is the largest relatively flat open grassed area within the narrow coast reserve east of the boat harbour at Clifton Springs. There is no formal access to the beach from the cliff-top east of Beacon Point Road.
Dogs off leash - supervised. Dogs are permitted off-leash under effective control in the grassed area of this reserve at any time of the day.
