Reprints / information are free during the current rate year.
No fee option
Use your myGeelong account
Please note: this is not applicable for companies at this time.
- Login to access your rates notice/s.
In your myGeelong dashboard area, view each notice by clicking on the Rates option in your Services section (below pet registrations)
- Click on the property address to see the option to download, print and save.
Please note: copies of notices only appear in the download/save/print area after the notice is generated in August each year.

If you don't see any addresses, we can link your rates for you when you complete the request to link.
Please note: you must be the owner of the property (we currently don't link companies or trust funds to myGeelong accounts).

1. Over the phone
Call our helpful staff to arrange a reprint or obtain information in relation to your property to be mailed/emailed out to you.
2. In person
Visit any of our Customer Service Centres to have your rate notice reprinted for you.
2025-2026 Financial Year
A fee applies for obtaining rating information in relation to your property:

| More than 7 years (charge per rating year) | $96.50 |
We can only provide rating information as far back as 1994-1995.
Common Questions
Council issues rate notices in the first few of weeks of August of each financial year.
If you have not yet received your Rate Notice for 2024-2025 you need to contact us to ensure that we have your correct mailing address and request that a copy of your notice be sent to you.
Alternatively, you can view and print out your current rate notice when you have a myGeelong account with us.
