As Armstrong Creek continues to grow there will be an increase in traffic around the school precinct. We have developed a travel plan to help manage traffic flow and keep pedestrians safe.

We encourage drivers travelling to Oberon High School or Armstrong Creek School to travel in one direction around the precinct instead of performing a U - Turn. See travel plan below.

We have also installed a second supervised wombat crossing which is a raised pedestrian crossing near the sports precinct car park. The sports precinct car park has over 90 spaces to park and safely cross the road.

Parking restrictions will also be in place on the west side of Batten Road during school hours to assist traffic flow.

Local residents may find turning right onto Batten Road difficult during peak school times. We encourage you to follow the school traffic and take a minor detour along Eaglebay Road.
