Once we receive your report, an officer will investigate the issue, assess the situation and arrange any required action. If you choose to receive updates, we will contact you regarding the outcome.

 

Request a new footpath 

If you would like to request a new footpath in your area, visit the request a new footpath page.

Common Questions

We will send an inspector to inspect the footpath issue.  

We will then prioritise repair works dependent on the severity of the defect. 

In some instances, temporary repairs may be undertaken in the interim as resources or budget allocations allow.
