When you report a kerb and channel issue you will need to supply some information to help us assess the problem.

You'll need to:

• briefly describe the issue
• tells us the location of the issue
• provide any photos you have of the issue
• provide your contact details.

On receipt of your request one of our officers will investigate and assess the situation and arrange appropriate action. They may need to contact during inspection for clarification.
