When you report an issue you will need to:

• describe the issue: damaged bins full bins not enough bins

• advise the location - you may prefer to select the address by dragging the map marker

• attach an image if relevant and

• if you want feedback tell us:

• your name

• your contact email or phone

Bin repairs will be undertaken within the next two to three working days.

Full bins will be emptied within one working day.

Requests for additional public waste bins will be assessed and installation arranged if appropriate.
