Hire Fees and Conditions

• Rates exclude bonds and insurance and are charged hourly
• All fees are current for the 2026-27 financial year, are GST inclusive and apply from 1 July 2026

Booking Times

• Hourly rates are charged in 60-minute blocks
• Charges are capped at 10 hours per day. For bookings that include peak periods, peak rates are applied first within the 10-hour cap.
• Off Peak - Monday to Friday until 5pm - Minimum hire: 2 hours
• Peak - Friday from 5:00pm, weekends, and public holidays - Minimum hire: 4 hours

Discounts

Subject to criteria, eligible groups may receive a discounted ate, including:

• Incorporated community groups
• Registered Australian charities
• Not-for-profit community groups listed on the ABN register
