Are you looking for a unique platform to project your work as part of our Public Art Program at City Hall?

The City of Greater Geelong will present a Christmas projection program this year from 21 November through to 10 January, 2027 and is seeking interest from qualified creatives to bring City Hall to life with distinct and imaginative character enhancing events for both locals and visitors to our region.

The City Hall program aims to

• Present work with a high level of artistic integrity, featuring high quality creative contemporary art with a strong visual narrative, led by professional artists working in large format architectural projections.
• Present commissioned works which demonstrate a strong artistic vision and a clear narrative and must be suitable for large format architectural projection.
• Add vibrancy to the city’s nightlife over the festive season utilising colour, shapes and movement.
• Present commissioned work which celebrates and reflects the diversity and cultural heritage of Geelong’s community.
• Commit to leading and facilitating the creation of public art programs that are accessible and engaging for a large and varied audience.
• Build and expand audience confidence and connection with public art experiences.
