The Bellarine Arts Trail – known informally as the BAT – is managed by the Barwon Heads Arts Council (BHAC). It began in 2016, so 2026 is our tenth year. It is a very popular event that showcases artists of all genres and a wide diversity of artistic works in Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove, Point Lonsdale, and Queenscliff.
This year it takes place on Saturday, October 31st - Sunday, November 1st. Visitors can explore artists in their intimate studio settings, as well as in group venues across our picturesque southern coastal towns. We are thrilled to showcase the region’s creative talent, support local artists, and attract visitors to the Bellarine.
Please check the online BAT map, when it becomes available, to see which venues are wheelchair accessible, refreshments available, and demonstrations during the day. Most artworks are for sale.
Barwon Heads Arts Council wishes to thank our major sponsor Community Bank Barwon Heads, Bendigo Bank, and the Borough of Queenscliffe, and Bellarine Property for their generous support of this event.
