Come and make a handy tote bag
Saturday 24 October from 2:00pm

Join us for a fun, affordable sewing course at Modewarre Memorial Hall and learn how to make your own handy tote bag.
We’ll be using a selection of new and donated upcycled fabrics, fabrics with plenty of life left in them, but not necessarily from the latest retail ranges. Every bag will be unique!
The course has been kept low-cost to encourage community participation, inclusion and creativity, while making good use of quality fabric that might otherwise go to waste.
No experience necessary, just come along, have a go and make something useful to take home.
What to bring: basic sewing kit and sewing machine (if you have one). No machine - no problem, we will have some set up for you to use.
Booking essential as numbers are limited. Bookings close 17 October or if sold out before.
Cost: $25 - includes pattern, kit and afternoon tea
Come and learn, create and connect with the community.
