Experience the calming benefits of Forest Therapy in the beautiful Geelong Botanic Gardens. Join certified Forest Therapy guides for a two-hour immersive journey through nature, using sensory exploration and guided activities to slow down, reduce stress and enhance wellbeing.

Discover the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (‘Forest Bathing’) as you meander at a gentle pace through lush ferns, shaded canopies, trees and open lawns. There is time to pause, listen, reflect and connect with nature through all the senses. The experience concludes with a tea-sharing ceremony inspired by Japanese tradition.
