The Geelong Business IGNITE Program is a fully subsidised business capability program funded by the City of Greater Geelong and available to businesses located within Greater Geelong.

Delivered over seven months (5 November 2026 - 5 May 2027) by the Institute of Excellence, the program combines practical learning with personalised support through:

• Three in-person workshops
• Three virtual learning sessions
• A one-on-one business coaching session
• Ongoing access to online resources 

Participants will build skills to drive sustainable business growth, with program topics covering strategy, marketing, sales, leadership, customer experience, artificial intelligence (AI) and cyber security.

Whether you're launching a new venture or looking to take an established business to the next level, the program is designed to support you at every stage.
