Knitters had their turn… now it’s time for the crocheters! 

After the wonderful response to our Knit in Public Day, we thought it was only fair to give the crochet crew their moment! 

Join us for International Crochet Day and spend a couple of relaxed hours doing what crocheters do best:

•  Single
•  Double
•  Treble
•  Chat
•  Laugh
•  Repeat!

We’ll be crocheting squares that will come together to create blankets to be donated to our local community. We’ll provide the pattern you just bring your hook, yarn and yourself.

And absolutely no pressure! You don’t need to be an expert, you don’t need to crochet at lightning speed and you certainly don’t need to know every stitch in the book. Come along, have a go, bring your project, learn something new or simply sit and enjoy the company.

And if knitting is your craft of choice, you’re welcome too, we even have a knitted square pattern ready to go! 

Bring 8 ply wool or yarn + a 4mm hook

Morning tea will be available for $5 per person (cash only).
