The Next-Level Growth Program is a funded business support initiative designed to help local business owners build capability, strengthen performance and create a clear roadmap for sustainable growth.

Delivered by the City of Greater Geelong as part of the Geelong Clever and Creative International City - Economic Development Plan 2024-2034 [ PDF, 3.62 MB] [ PDF, 3.62 MB] , the program supports local businesses to innovate, grow and thrive.

Working with the award-winning team at 25eight, participants will undertake an eight-week hybrid program that combines practical workshops, one-on-one coaching and self-paced learning. The journey begins with a comprehensive business diagnostic to identify strengths, opportunities and capability gaps across leadership, people, business systems, digital capability and AI. Participants then receive tailored support and a personalised capability-building plan aligned to their business goals.
