Red Sky Morning

Saturday 30 May 2026 from 8:00 pm

Drysdale

Theatre Works is proud to present Tom Holloway’s award-winning Red Sky Morning, a masterpiece of Australian playwriting that explores the fragility of family bonds and the unspoken struggles of life in regional Australia.

Structured as three interwoven monologues, this lyrical and heart-wrenching play follows a woman, a man, and a girl over the course of one day, revealing the gaps between them and the silent hopes that keep them going.

Holloway’s text is as sharp as it is tender, with moments of dark humour and deep poignancy. Under the direction of Lyall Brooks, Red Sky Morning promises to be an unforgettable theatrical experience that speaks directly to the heart.
