We heard from families in our recent customer satisfaction survey that they value greater flexibility when they can’t attend a lesson and value for money.

As part of our commitment to water safety, we want to encourage swimming lesson attendance even when life gets busy, especially leading into summer.

Webstar’s Swim School members who register their absence via the member portal no later than 30 minutes before the lesson will receive a make-up lesson token that lasts 60 days.

Lessons can be booked at Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre, Leisurelink, Splashdown and Norlane ARC up to six days in advance, giving families greater choice and convenience.

Greater Geelong Mayor Stretch Kontelj OAM

Webstar’s Swim School provides flexible, affordable and family-friendly swimming lessons.

We all lead busy lives and it can be a real juggle trying to manage swimming lessons around other family commitments.

The City has listened to member feedback and is pleased to offer unlimited make-up lessons at Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre, Leisurelink, Splashdown and Norlane ARC.

This initiative will prevent gaps in kids’ attendance and help to progress their water safety skills, even when they occasionally miss a lesson.

Deputy Mayor Eddy Kontelj

The introduction of make-up lessons will be a gamechanger for families.

Not only will parents be able to book make-up lessons, but they’ll also be able to schedule them at a different centre – because we know that plans change.

The ultimate goal of these make-up lessons is to support community members to become safer around the water.

By listening and adapting our Webstar’s Swim School offering, we’re encouraging better attendance and more opportunities to learn life-saving skills.

As we head into warmer weather, now’s the perfect time to enrol your child at Webstar's Swim School. You’ll also go into the draw to win a $50 Swim Sport & Leisure gift card.
