As Christmas in Geelong enters its final week we’re seeking feedback to shape the program for 2026.

Tell us what brought joy to your festive season and what we can do better next year.

From the Floating Christmas Tree and Santa visits at the Carousel to City Hall projections and the Performance Trail and so much more there were many ways to mark the occasion.

We’re gauging the overall quality of events economic impact favourite activities and suggestions for improvement.

We know how special this time of year is to residents businesses and visitors – thousands of people at opening night with Carols by the Bay and the lighting of the Floating Christmas tree showed us that. To maintain our reputation as the Christmas capital of Australia we will continue to create an accessible inclusive and enjoyable program for all.
Our festive program should embrace the many cultures and traditions of our region. By listening to feedback our celebrations will evolve and be relevant to everyone.

The short survey is open until Wednesday 7 January. Participants can also go in the draw to win one of two National Wool Museum family passes.

Share your thoughts on our Have Your Say platform.

Meanwhile there’s still time to get involved in the final days of Christmas in Geelong.
