This is an exciting step forward for one of Greater Geelong’s most treasured although sometimes forgotten heritage sites and icons.
The reimagined Osborne will celebrate our city’s rich colonial history while creating new opportunities for jobs accommodation wellness and hospitality experiences.

Getting to this point has taken many years of work effort and collaboration with many stakeholders particularly the community. We certainly thank the Osborne Park Association Inc for their unwavering dedication passion and input over many years.
With its spectacular vista over Corio Bay this redevelopment will breathe new life into Osborne House maintaining its historic charm and adding modern uses that benefit the whole community and something we can all be extremely proud of.
It’s a great example of how we can partner with private industry to creatively reimagine heritage assets to support our region’s growth.
