While the infringements were correctly issued, the duplication of infringement numbers means we will not enforce them.

As soon as Council became aware of the issue, we undertook a thorough investigation to determine the cause and extent of the problem. We have also implemented measures to prevent this issue from occurring again.

The affected infringements are now being withdrawn, and impacted individuals will be contacted directly.
