Community members have made us aware of someone calling residents claiming to be phoning on behalf of the City of Greater Geelong.
They are claiming to be ‘confirming details’, and asking for information such as age demographic.
We are not conducting calls of this kind.
The calls are coming from a mobile number. For reference, all customer calls conducted by or for the City of Greater Geelong will come from a landline number.
