We have over 100 parks, sporting reserves and sporting grounds available for bookings.

Regular hirers of our City-managed halls may request their own personal access to the hire facility.

Book a Senior Citizens Centre

There are 14 Senior Citizens Centres in and around Geelong that are owned by City of Greater Geelong.

Apply to temporarily rename a sports ground

Your sporting club can apply for conditional approval to temporarily rename sports grounds on Council owned and/or managed reserves in connection with sponsorship naming rights.

Activate the Belmont Common lights

You will need to follow these steps to use the lights at the Belmont Common.

Acquit the temporary renaming of a sports ground

This acquittal form should be completed annually.

Book a community bus

Incorporated community groups and registered charities can book a community bus once registered.

Register a group for community bus use

Before you can hire one of our Community Buses, you will need to register your group/organisation with us.

Submit a community bus driver declaration

Once you have registered your group for community bus hire, it is compulsory for each driver to submit a community bus driver declaration annually.

Apply for a recreation reserve advertising signage permit

Before you can install advertising or sponsorship signage at a reserve or council managed facility, you need to request permission.
