• A booking is not confirmed until you have received written confirmation from the City.

• A copy of your public liability insurance certificate (where applicable)
• The reserve, park or facility required, including the specific area, dates and times requested
• Details of the planned activity and expected attendance numbers
• Details of any equipment or infrastructure proposed for use
• Any special requirements relevant to your booking
